We have made everything straightforward, allowing people to write their own listings for their horses. This ensures that all the information you think is relevant and important is included in their listing. Let’s face it, you know your horse best! You do not need to be a computer genius, and we are always contactable if you require further assistance.

You will need to register. This takes just a minute or two, and we only require minimal information. 

You then have SIX categories

• Syndicate/shares
• Race clubs
• Racehorse for sale
• Retired racehorses
• Bloodstock
• Racehorse services

Select the appropriate category for you and list away.

The Racehorse UK team will check and authorise the listing. We have made the whole process very simple with drop-down menus, and you can upload pictures or logos along with your Weatherby’s Pedigree (if available) and video. The Racehorse UK team will even add the Racing Post form guide for you if you indicate that you would like it included.

To recap, here are the steps you need to complete:

• Register
• Log in using the details you chose when you registered
• Press the red button to SUBMIT A LISTING
• Choose your listing category from the six offered
• Scroll down, fill out the form, and add pictures, video, etc.
• Click on the submit listing button
• Done – it’s that easy!

• Listings will include three pictures and one video
• Inclusion of the Wetherby Pedigree report & Racing Post form
• Unlimited access to your listing for changes and alterations

The Data Protection Act 2018 is the UK’s implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Everyone responsible for personal data has to follow strict rules called ‘data protection principles. They must make sure the information is used fairly, lawfully and transparently. 

The Racehorse UK team aim to check all listings within 24 hours to ensure that everything has been entered correctly before making the listing live. This ensures that every listing has the maximum chance of success and adheres to our guidelines. 

We have made our website as user-friendly as possible, so you can log into the listing dashboard and make unlimited changes to your listing. 

As you have complete control over your listing, you must update availability or when a horse is sold. This can be easily done via the listing dashboard. The Racehorse UK team will review all changes.

Unfortunately, we do not allow for individual horses to be changed or substituted so just create a new listing it is that easy!

We have made it easy for you to write and submit your own listing. However, the Racehorse UK team are always here if required.

Yes, if this option has been selected when completing your listing, the Racehorse UK team will do it for you. This option is courtesy of the Racing Post.

The team at Racehorse UK do carry out periodic reviews of all of the listings on the website.  This happens every six months.  We will ask you to confirm the details contained in your listing and this will ensure that it remains on the website. If we do not receive this confirmation, a listing may be removed. We will always inform you of our decision to do this via email prior to removal.
